Ahh you fools, complementing my last movie... Now look I've gone and done:

I took a day off from doing evil deeds to chase fenkis. Not quite as inspired as my last movie but im happy with it... Tell me what you think.

Oh and just a small typo in the title (the google video title) change it so that their is a space between the "-" and the word "planeshift".

I dont know what that block was. After sifting through 3 hours of fotage to find the bits with the fenkis in I was to tierd to sort it out. :sleeping: And thanks I've now fixed the typo.

I hope he doesn't do this kind of stuff in real life.

It was just a bit of fun. I didnt mean offend anyone. If its any consolation the next movie will invovle gentlemens backsides as well. Well unless anyone has a problem with that, in that case i'll jump striaght to a bomb diving movie. And of course i dont do this in real life :whistling: :innocent: . Im a perfect gentleman me :flowers: . But seriously it was just a luagh so dont think im some crazy pervert.

These are animated characters. There was nothing wrong with this short video. It was made to give everyone a laugh. :) I don't think the point to this video was to say "Hey I like staring at fenki's butt's and laughing at them and it is ok to do it in real life!" I think it was more about a planeshift character being in fenki lust and taking the time to make a video of him chasing them around.
??? You are turning this around Datruth, and I think you need to give your head a shake if you are seriously worried about Narure actions in real life towards woman. One video and you think he maybe like that in real life? I think that's passing judgement way to quick and you don't even know this person at all to do that. He has displayed NO type wrong doing or odd behaviour on the forums that may be a tell tale to him being disrespectful to woman.
I found nothing offensive in the video and yes I got your point Datruth, you disagree. You have every right to your opinion, but the way you handled this ..... and made out Narure to be some sort of perv or that his actions were unacceptable, I am here to point out you are in the wrong. His actions were just fine and he did nothing, ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong. Even though you may feel this is unacceptable, does not make it so for others. You were apologized too and I think Narure handled it fine.
BTW guys stare at womans butts in public, in real life all the time and other things too. ;) The behavior is normal .... if you don't believe me ask a doctor.

Saying that it's animated doesn't make it right.
It's for the same reason Talad didn't make us all nude and show our private parts. It may be animated but it's meant to be a submersive reality.

A little more character developement for the menki at the begining of the movie could have helped. From the view of someone like me who has no idea who or what your character is, it was a bit confusing at first, since I didn't get what was going. Heck, even just showing a simple third person view while it switches to first person view before you start running around would have made the joke it bit more clear.
As for the other little topic I see developing here, I'll simply say keep IC stuff in game. So what if he's a lonely menki that likes to chase the fenkis around, I see nothing wrong with that. It's a part of the character, no harm is done, so I see no foul.

:) Please remember though we are talking about animation (game) and not debating the real world. The planeshift forums are not for that sort of thing. Your being offended started over a video that was animation. Debating the real world and how men and woman should treat each other has nothing to do with the video or the game. Maybe join a womans right's club or something if you feel so strongly about this. That might help you accomplish what you seem to be trying to accomplish here.

Over all you are overreacting about this. The video was fine. You are dragging in real life issues though and this whole topic is just becoming silly. Planeshift is a game, and that video did nothing that was offensive except to you. You got an apology and Narure has explained he isn't some crazy perv in real life (Not that it would be anyones business) and he did the video for fun, so what more is needed?
I noticed in your post though you just went straight after quoting me, and didn't even acknowledge the apology from Narure. You don't seem very grateful that he did apologize. Good thing he doesn't offend so easily ........

Me and Narure are fine, i hold no grudge against him, that's obvious, the only person i'm argueing with right now is You Akaye.
I like how you used someone else as a shield, someone who I had no problem with.

I do want to make one thing clear. Datruth I am not trying to make you believe any of my beliefs or not respect yours. I think you misunderstand what my point is to you. I am certainly not trying to disrespect anyone. This is not me personally attacking you and hiding behind someone to do it. No, I don't think it is ok to stare at anyone for a long length of time, enough to make them uncomfortable (In real life). Nor did I ever say that it was ok. I am sorry that you misunderstood and mistook everything I have said up until this point. I was talking about the game and the video. You are debating about real life, and that is maybe where the confusion lies. I think it is ok to have a video like Narure made and I was expressing my thoughts on how there is nothing wrong with it. That is not asking you to compromise you real life beliefs. Also remember this started with me, you implying that this Narure person could be like that in real life and you hoped he wasn't. That is where I came in with my comment that "I am here to tell you that you are wrong." You shouldn't make assumtions about people and connect the way their character acts and think that is how they act in real life. Hope that clears it up and I hope your temper simmers down because this really isn't something to get worked up over.

My temper had never risen in the first place. I wasn't the one making the attacks.
This was my stance from the beginning and i still hold it:

I wasn't the one going around telling people they were wrong.
I simply expressed my opinion as stated.
We'll leave it to the others to read this thread and decide whose at fault and who attacked who, the answer is pretty self explanitory to me and it should be for others.
