Title: Characters Missing (Or wiped...)

Hey there,

I just reinstalled the game today and after figuring out my login information I saw that my old character 'Clover' wasn't there.  I tried remaking him because I found an announcement about the wipe sometime last year but got an error that the name was already in use.  I think the full name is 'Clover Alluni' or something similar to that.  So is there a way to find out what is up?  I've had this character since AB, granted I had to remake him again in MB.  The account e-mail I'm using is bmuffin@gmail.com.
