I was just wondering if anyone knew of free 3D rendering software, preferably for linux. If know one knows of anything free, just list what you know.
Appreciate your comments!

Blender is one of the best free rendering softwares around.
It's opensource and runs native on linux :)
www.blender.org
Blender is the open source software for 3D modeling, animation, rendering, post-production, interactive creation and playback.
Available for all major operating systems under the GNU General Public License.

I used to use Blender, but I found it quite difficult to use. try Milkshape. Its a quite good program for begginers.
