Title: [Char Creation] Exception_Access_Violation at 6FE73895

I'm always getting this message when creating a new character.. I can go on with the custom  creation process if I just ignored the message but it freezes when I click 'Next' in the last phase 'Childhood', I think  X-/ On the otherhand, the quick  creation works fine.. Any help, please?  ???

Thanks :} Everything is definitely in order there - I can suggest a complete reinstall if you have the time for it. Sometimes this has been reported to get rid of all sorts of weird problems (and thus it's a good idea to keep the install file around). If you decide to give this a try, be sure to uninstall completely first, leaving no files or folders behind. If it still gives you trouble afterwards, we'll try to poke the problem some more.

I took your suggestion Karyuu, I reinstalled it following all the steps you mentioned but unfortunately, I'm still getting this message..  :-\
