Title: Can't download patch

Could anybody who is reading this try and download the patch and tell me their result? I have tried numerous times but the page pings out.

There are two links for the patch download - are both of them not working for you?

No problem :] Post back if you experience any further problems. Keep in mind the server status at the moment - it's down for updates, and it makes the update mirrors themselves unavailable. Run the game updater as soon as we wave the green flag. You'll see news on the main page, and there will be threads in the General Discussion section as well.

When I run my updater, and this has been true since the last update, It stops during the process and tells me that my updater version is newer than the servers. The updater version is 1.1.1.1.  Now I installed the client clean, downloaded the patch and unzipped it in my ps folder and I am still having problems.  Do you have any suggestions? I am using Windows XP

A guess here and a guess only at this point - find the file version.dat in your main PS directory, delete it, and try the updater again.

I have used Search and have looked through everything for that elusive file and have not found it yet.  I will try again.  If I can't find it I am going to delete everything, reboot and reinstall everything..

Please don't delete everything, that would include Windows and all your personal files  :o

Just go to C:\Program Files\PlaneShift Crystal Blue and it should be there.
