how do i fix this error? this game hasn't worked once for me and i got it the day they last updated  :'(

Hiya! Can you tell me what steps you have taken after the main installation of the game?

For example, if you are using the Windows client, have you patched and then run the updater?

i had the 1.2.5 or w/e...the one w/ the busted ass updater. i then dled the patch for .6 and ran it and updated the game and then played

Could you try reinstalling the game again? It would mean completely uninstalling first, making sure that nothing is left behind, then download the latest 0.3.016 from the Downloads page and install.
