Title: Linux client not downloadable since days
Post by: patrick.c on September 19, 2006, 09:53:36 am
I tried to download the linux client today and 2 days before. All download links seem to be dead (torrent and all mirrors).

Is there something broken or is it just not ready?

Bye,
 Patrick

See the sticky thread: Installing on Linux and important distro specific information.

There's a mirror there.

I was wanting to help seed the binary, but it seems both the link on the main site and in the thread Xordan referenced are not working.  :-\

Yeah, the torrent hasn't been uploaded yet for some reason... nor the direct link on the site updated... Unfortunatly this is out of my hands other than me poking Talad.

 :D  Ah well.

*hands Xordan a suitable poking implement*

I've gone and fetched the 15b torrent, downloaders can at least update from there.

There's a direct link in my sticky post to the 016 client.

This link in the Sticky:

http://laanx.fragnetics.com/bt/PlaneShift_CBV0.3.016.bin.torrent

Leads to a webpage with this information on it:

Not Found

The requested URL /bt/PlaneShift_CBV0.3.016.bin.torrent was not found on this server.

...well it did just a few minutes ago when I tried clicking that link for the torrent file
