Hey!im Riluch Siluse,and i have a serious trouble,i have deleted my first char,was a mistake ,i didnt was watching screen and i got deleted,when i saw what i have done was too late,i hope there must be some way to recover it form server,please tell me if there is any possibilty,i am so sad,becouse the lot of hours that i have given to that char(5 months of each day playing).and i dont want to lost it,speacially all my skills that i had.....i dont want to re-start from zero again.please i pray you to do something to recover Riluch.i wait for you answer

Everybody's characters will be wiped in the future. What will you do then?
I would not hold out hope for getting your character back, unless he can be found and restored from a backup. The developers are very busy people who may not have time to search through files and restoring database entries just for one player.

so that is a "NO"????...i know devs have not many time,but i have a great affection to my character,si if they can do something about it ....ill be so much thankful to you ,tell me if that was a ...full no or if i wait a while....

It is up to the devs. My only suggestion would be to join the IRC #planeshift channel and speak to a developer there. At a guess, acraig would probably be your best chance, so see if you can find him around. Good luck.

I'm using xchat2 when you launch the program it comes up with a server list, simply click 'add +' and name it freenode, or whatever, then click 'Edit'
on the new screen that opens it'll have a box at the top, saying something like 'server/6677' edit that to irc.freenode.net that's all you need to put in as the server

put in the nick you want to use and click the close button, then back on the server list screen click the connect button and it'll start conencting.
once it's done you'll most likely want to register your nickname
do that by typing /msg nickserv register <password> then you can send private messages.
the next thing to do is type /join #planeshift
and then you're in the channel! ^^

I really dislike it when people make a post in the forums and then PM me with their problem as well. I read all posts, guys. Especially in the tech help section - I practically live here.
Ultimately you have to take the responsibility for and deal with the consequences of the mistakes you make.

I personally can't do anything for you. Please follow the suggestion Santiago offered - try to connect to IRC and catch Acraig. Again, nothing is guaranteed - you made a boo-boo and you might have to live with it.

None of your personage/persona has been lost.
Your character is how you relate to others in the game. Your character is not your stats.
