Title: The Lake in the Caves by the waterfall.
Post by: Croconil on October 12, 2006, 10:40:49 am: I was spending alot of time here the last couple of days, when I saw something strange in the water and I went to check it out.

Erm, who ever has seen it will know what I am talking about. (Don't want to give it away to others. If you do want to find out, go look for yourself!)

Why is it here?

I think this might be a quest.... You can click the "Give" option when you right click on the "formentioned object"

Anyway, I noticed you can give things to the kran (even though he doesn't accept them). Give him a crystal and see what happens...they eat crystals you know.

1) The 'K' in Kran is capitalised in the speaking lines, but not in the line 'You have been killed by Petrified kran'.
2) The 'Petrified Kran' in the green line is slightly raised.
3) Aren't NPC responses in the NPC tab, not the main tab?
4) "You have been killed been killed by"...

Amazingly, the most obvious mistake, number 4, took me the longest to notice. I probably should have read your post more carefully. X-/

EXCUSE THE SPOILER... but I had already guessed what it was with the other posts before I went to see it...

Whatever the case, why is the kran half in stone... or is he buried in sand?... Are krans able to connect with stone??... or perhaps there a substantial amount of magic involved here...
