Hello... I must to say that its my very first time with an MMORPG... and I'm glad to 'land' in PlaneShift.
Since my character creation, I have to say that I am actually an Enkidukai, because my curiosity, exploration, my need to have several buddies, but to be alone some times and explore my inner myself...
Well there are my questions...
Yliakum borns from a story, a book, a table game? or It's just a product of imagination?
And there are languages? I suppose that every race have their own language?
(I just asking it because I like idea to say something with Enkidukai words, :woot: )

Thank you all for be so kind with me... This world is new for me, is my very first time out there, since I left my parents home.
I'm very grateful with Sir Ollo, who 'protects' me and was a lighting guide for me. Since I meet him, I know which is my path in this world... To follow an ideal of Help, Truth, Justice, and defend it with Honor, Judgement and Wisdom... I know it will be a hard task, but I also know that I wouldn't be alone.
(later I figured out that the 'Protectors' are actually a Guild :-[ )
Thank you Zorbels for that nice chat... Every time I see a fire, I will remember you.
Thank you for all other people that I meet, Sir Stonn, Ventos, and Selandarin who was a nice companion in several opportunities... Thank you all.
Well, it's late.
I Have to sharp my Falchion and Dagger... it will be a very hard journey tomorrow, so many clackers to defeat and so many to learn until I could take some Terafusangs (I need those hides!)

Yliakum is the brainchild of Talad (Luca Pancallo) and you can read more about the game's very beginning on this page (http://www.planeshift.it/news_1992-2000.html). It isn't based on any setting that already exists in books or other games.

All races have their own language, but they have been living together for a very long time, so most of the time "Common" is used. You may find Enkidukai NPCs sharing with you some of their language already - like the word "Tabei" for example.
