Title: Submitting Bugs.txt

I am in the bronze door region and I see a giant hole in the geometry of the landscape. I did a /graphicbug and got the message "Read SUBMITTING BUGS.txt". Where do I find this file, I am using the linux client and do not see it anywhere under /opt/planeshift.
I suspect that this particular hole has already been reported so I am not too concerned about reporting it but the server message should refer to something.

EDIT looks like this is the wrong place to post this. But a search of the help forums match only this post

And the oodlz.com link is no good anymore. I tried it from the linux site listed in the linux specific fora.

Thank you. I guess that means that this link:  userguide  (http://www.hydlaa.com/bugtracker/docs/html/userguide.html) takes the place of SUBMITTING BUGS.txt?

After a little more searching I found this  thread  (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=22438.0) which seems apropos.

bugs.hydlaa.com is also a bit easier to remember.
