Title: Black Screens at Desktop

I updated my video adapters drivers to fix a different error and now I cant enter any feature of the game. This includes the game setup, updater and exe file. When you open any one of the programs the window comes up black with some white or orange boxes/lines in the field.
Stats: WinXp SP2, 1.7GhzCPU, 512mb Ram, Nvidia Gforce 4 MX Integrated GPU w/ nv4_disp.dll ver.6.14.10.9371 driver.
I was able to log into the game before I updated the drivers so I know my PC can run it.
Any help would be appreciated!

Are you sure that's the latest driver? A Google search came upon 7.1.8.9 (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/win/39748) immediately, and I'm rather sure that an even newer version can be downloaded from nvidia.com.

#2 seems like BS, #3 might actually cause problems on a few distinct systems...
