Title: Doubts and more questions!?

I am portuguese and i have some questions about playing the game.
The server is out, how can i play the game, because i cant build a character without upload her , right?
Also i would like to know when any server is going to be activated.

No, you can\'t play, no one knows when the new version will be out.
