Title: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIALATION at 6969D130

Evry time i try to login or during te creation of a character i get that access violation warning and the game closes down.
Ive never had an previous patch or version from the game like others so that cant be it.
Please help me so that i can play the game.

try updating.
failing that uninstall reboot reinstall.

Well i have tryd reinstalling but that didnt work.

Updating doesnt work and version 0.3.016

Well it just updates as it should go normally according to me.

I think the problem is that you already have an instance of PS running in the background. Can you open up your Task Manager (ctrl+alt+del) and look through the Processes tab for psclient.exe? If you find it there, highlight it and click on the "End Process" button, then try running PS and logging in.
