But a testdownload was down in under 10 minutes for me... so yes it seems to be your connection ;-)

This is 10 times as fast as Bittorrent. It may be a good idea if you do have bittorrent, to seed the file even if you did not get it using bittorrent. To do so (at least in azureus), just copy the complete file over the file being downloaded in bittorent. In Azureus, do force recheck, and it will see that you have the complete file and start seeding.

*edit* No, it is definately on the server's side, http://www.speedtest.net tells me my download is 2MB/s and upload reaches 725 Kb/s.

Where is the server located?
