Hi, I,m sorry if this question has already been answered.

I just started playing planeshift and I was wondering what the difference was between normal vision and night vision.

(i read somewhere that night vision lets you see more in the dark but you still need a light source.)

Hiya!

Night vision isn't implemented in the game yet, so the details of how it will work aren't entirely fleshed out, I believe. It's easier to think of Night Vision in terms of biological feline vision, and therefore it seems safe to assume that some small source of light will indeed be necessary.
