Hi everybody, just wanted to introduce myself.
I\'ve been monitoring these forums for little over a week now and I\'ll make one promise right from the start:
No whining about when MB will come out, it won\'t help anyone and just get everybody generally annoyed :)
Now that we\'ve got that one out of the way,
Hello, nice to meet you all....
I\'m a student from Holland with a great interest in free open-source (online) games. I\'ve meant to try MMORPG\'s in the past, but being a poor student, I dislike the amount of money that\'s needed to really, actively participate in any of the current commercial games. That\'s why I\'m very enthousiastic about PS.
I hope to be ably to contribute (in some way) to make PS the game it promises to become.
I\'m not sure if I\'m going to post here very often in the near future, but thats mostly because I\'ve just missed AB by a couple of days, so all I know about PS comes from the stories, the forum and the screenshots.
Al in all, just wanted to say hi.
Greetings,
Sharaz

Hey, hope to see you around. :P

Hi Sharaz, nice to hear you read up on PS :)
-
another smart n00b :P

Yes, it\'s common knowledge that we dutch folk are smarter then the rest of the world.
And if you didn\'t know that then i have just proven my point.
Oh yeah, hiya Sharaz.

Hi and welcome to our community Sharaz :-)
-
I wont argue with that one, Keldorn. ;)
And to all of you, thanks for the warm welcome.
I hope to talk a lot more with you in the future. :)
-
Greetings Sharaz, hope you have a good time here :D.
-
Welcome to planeshift mon ami.
-
Well met Sharaz! :)
Welcome to the forums, nice to have you here!
-
Heya! Glad to meet you.
-
Wow, no flaming the newbie... maybe this is because he\'s intelligent enough to know how to introduce himself and read the forum. Cheers to you!
-
Thanks for the compliment Grey.
I think the reason I haven\'t been flamed, is that I understand a few basic rules. I may be a newbie to PS, but I\'m no newbie to forums.
The basic rules I always keep, basically come down to this:
1) Most important: Read before you Write
2) Also, never forget to: Read before you Write
3) Don\'t piss off the admins
4) No 1337sp33k or other dumb shit like that.
5) And last but not least: Read before you Write!
I\'m not saying they\'re foolproof, but they\'ve always worked for me :)
-
In other words, just behave like a real person ;)
Welcome Sharaz, we can use some more clever Dutchmen here!
-
Well I forgot to introduce myself a few weeks a go. If it\'s any help (or not) I\'m a stupid Englishman and these are MY rules:
1) Follow the rules
2)[see Rule 1]
3)[see Rule 2]
4)[etc]
-
maybe i just like to bitch about something now cause it\'s sunday but, how can you follow the rules if you haven\'t stated your rules yet?
edit: hey that\'s pretty neat, b*tch turns to peanut.
-
its a good thing the censors are more amusing than annoying :P
