FYI as the forum got updated we now have RSS Feeds from the forum. I know a lot of you will not want to get a feed that includes all forums you can modify the feed for certain boards like this:

http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?board=23.0;sa=news;type=rss;action=.xml

that will get you feeds from board #23 which is Development Deliberation (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?board=23.0)

A nice addition. It would be nicer if there was some way to post akin to a listserv but logging in to post is not a great hardship either.

If you leave out the 'board=x' do you get all posts? A little more of a howto would be appreciated. Have the help files been updated to reflect this, I know it is 3rd party software and so beyond your control.

Yes if you leave out the board number and make it look like this http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml you will get a feed for the whole board. If you want to try other ways to use the feed read this (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=25009.0)

Thanks for posting this ... It is a little beefy 10 pages or soperhaps I should rss it lol
