Title: Magic System

I dont know if anyone else has ever asked this, but i checked and couldnt find the same topic.  How will the magic system work?  I don\'t really know all that much about the game.  Every \"level\" (or equivalent of a level if this is a leveless game) or so do you get new magic skills?  Do you train them buy them quest for them or some other method of getting the skills and spells needed to be a mage?
