Title: Strength Training

When I go to train my strength with Remant Tovere the option to train it doesn't come up, I can only train my Shield Handling.

I can however train at other trainers and on my other character I can train with Remant.

The character who can't is Nyith

Trainers train you to a certain point, and afterwards you may have to find someone who is stronger than the NPC you were working with. This may be the case here.

If on the other hand you know absolutely and certainly that Remant is still supposed to be training you, it may be a case of lag - try logging out and back in.

My strength is 92 and i've never been able to train with him and i've been trying for the past 3 days.

You are too strong for Remant and he has nothing to teach to you.
