I've been noticing lately that whenever I zone into a new area, there's a 1-3 second period where running will reduce stamina about 50 times faster than normal. On several occasions I've arrived from the death realm or logged-on and after just a few paces my stamina (which is nearly 400, by the way) is almost or completely depleted. But I've found if I stand still or walk for that period, there is no drainage.
Anyway, just ran a few searches and didn't find anything so I thought I should let you know...
