This is in the same vein as Siteri's thread. Basically, I need a woman character (preferably someone important so it's more of a shocker) to be the ex-wife of a Lemur named 'Vexus Vyper'.
Basically, Vexus was a typical law-abiding scholar on the third level when he was recruited by an evil cult, which tortured him, cut out his tongue and ultimately drove him insane. (And, in the process forced him to try to kill you)
All you need to know is:
- They were married for two years, until Vexus tried to kill you and you had to escape (meaning you lived in Mangoa, third level of Yliakum for at least two years - you can slip that into your character's background easy enough).
- You've never seen Vexus as he is now (frail, scarred, tatooed, bald, and OJ-crazy). You remember him as a strong, proud middle-aged scholar.
On any other front you can use your creative juices to surprise me. :D

Well, after they cut out his regular tongue, they magically grafted a serpent's tongue into his mouth (presumably the same way you can stitch even the gravest wounds up with 'Life Infusion')
Which is part of the Initiation Ritual for any new cult member. It also magically prevents them from lying to a fellow cultist.
