Title: Esc[aping] examine window closes inventory window instead

- I right-click on an item in the inventory to examine it
- I press Esc[ape] to close the examine window
- the inventory window is closed instead

- repeated [Esc]aping doesn't do anything
- clicking into the examine window and [Esc]aping does the job finally

Probs with Z-ordering? Window activation?

Is this a (new) bug or a feature?  ;-)
