Title: PlaneShift Creators, ect., PLEESE READ!!

Dear PS Creators, ect.

Pleese when you wipe out all the charaters, when you create your new charater make it so that all your items, stats, and stuff of your wiped one transfers over to your new one. I dont want to loose all my stuff. And if that charater has an abilty, just add the abilty to the transferd stats. Pleese do this.

Um...

So what you're saying is...you DON'T want a playerwipe, but just the ability to rename your character or change your species when the time comes? The whole point of a playerwipe is that everyone starts with nothing again.

Yeah... this is the whole point of the wipe as Jeraphon mentioned.

What would be nice in the final version is to be able to reload a character and still have say.. 20% of the skill levels you had during beta... this would give experienced players a chance to start with their old character (and without it being a weak character) -- but still be small enough that it wouldn't be extremely unfair to the newest players.

I would be against the wipe... but I appreciate that during alpha/beta phases people will have exploited bugs to unfairly amass fortunes, raise skill-levels, etc. -- and the only ultimate answer to this is to do a wipe (or think of reasonable maximum amounts for things and forcefully lower people's tria/levels/etc if it is disproportionately high... and even that... would be a pain for the dev team I'm sure.)

LOL, thats a good one, most people just go for 'please dont wipe us' not 'wipe us but please dont wipe us'.

A wipe is a wipe, its there through necessity. not just the Devs having a good old laugh at us wasting our efforts.

Lol. Not going to happenb. Whats the point in having a wiupe if nothing changes?
Sod all. Thats what.

Wipes are done to balance thing out in beta  stages and reset all charactrrs back to starting points  where they can test any new groundings ofr advancment etc.
