Title: Where is the next buton ?

Hello and I hope we will solve this problem !!!

I just installed the program to play the game, I updated it, and it all went normal...
I connected to the server, and then I got the screen to create a new character. I chosed the race and the name, but I can't find :'( the next buttom.
At the bottom left there is the "prev" button, at the bottom center the "quick" button, and at the bottom right the "custom"button.

I searched in the forums but didnt find a similar pb, except this one...

When I press the custom or quick button, nothing happens.

Also, after some time, the server goes out (server not responding try again in 5 mn) and asks me to reconnect... I suspect this is a connection problem ?

I run on Windows XP ACER laptop, it is widescreen, my graphic card is up to date.

EDIT :

I keep trying it and I could nearly create my character, but just before the final step, the server went out...

You have to press the 'custom' button twice - first you'll get a warning message about character names, the second you'll continue on.

Other than that, it's probably an internet issue - it's quite annoying when you disconnect while making characters. There's a lot you have to choose... your best bet is to write it down as you go, and then do it all in a few seconds...

OK I entered the game by putting everything random...

Hope I will be able to create a char soon...
