Where are Class-Diagrams and other useful things for better understanding of the PS Source?

We used to have doxygen setup on sourceforge but do to limited space there we had to stop.  I will see about uploading doxygen stuff to hydlaa at some point.  If you have any specific questions we can answer those as well.
