I have had times when I found a bug or something strange and made a petition about it.
As this was being hadled the petitions dissapeared, but this often leaves an empty feeling as there are often no immediate results obviously. I would propose the option for GMs to give an answer to these petitions. Even if it are simply replies like "This has been reported already and rest asured we are working on it" or "this is not been found offending to the extent it needs emidiate changing, but thanks for keeping an eye out." I think it would make people feel more apreciated.

Since we can't reply to petitions via the petition window, the GMs would have to individually wait for each petitioner to sign on and give them a reply manually. This can lead up to a lot of waiting for a lot of names. If someone is online, I do believe the petition is discussed. If not, the bug reports that go into petitions end up in the BugTracker when they are new.

I think Garile means an auto message, or maybe implement a reply option.

The ability to reply to petitions via the window has been a GM request for ages now. We had stfrn working on it before he had to ride off into the sunset, but there may be a need to start over now.

You are right Kaugor :)
A reply option would indeed be what I had in mind. Although I have to say almost all my petitions are handled before I log of again ;)

I agree, a reply option would be nice here.
