Whats all this talk about maps. Ive never seen a single one or have any idea on how to get one. Are they like hidden secret or what?

You obviously heard that a Priest of Talad was giving away a small number of Hydlaa Maps on the Plaza an hour ago. You missed that occasion to get one apparently, there's no need to make a fuss about it. There is a rumor though that a certain NPC may have some maps now...

Alright thanks for the help. I ended up getting one from a friend but Im still confused on drawing maps and such.

The basic framework for map-making has been added to the game. Some more work needs to be done server-side for maps to be produced by players, but it shouldn't take long.

do you mean maps for the game? such as for lakes and the ruins? you should really check with a Gm rofl I dont even know where to get one. I comepletely forget to ask gms for help *looks terrified at karyuu* um yeah...rofl

I don't bite (http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/6632/grinby0.gif) GMs don't have any maps however - maybe someone will sell a few again soon, or you will be able to make your own in the very near future.

Think i bought my map from an npc in the libary, somewhere full of bookshelves anyway.

no really I need a map. Im dead serious. I /die myself when my music is getting old and I cant find my way. Im going to ask the rangers...where are they? I dont see them.

yes there is a map that you can buy in the game... man if noobs came with tria we could really make some...lol kidding!! it is just a map of Hydlaa but still would have been nice to have as a noob! I do look forward to seeing more made and avalibe to buy from NPC'S this one is not very detailed but cute still :)

Yliakum is IMHO still too small, so there is actually no need for maps yet. But later i will welcome this feature

Ps is so small, basic monsters are rogues. I find myself shouting things like IM OFF TO SEE THE WIZARD OF THE DUNG! just for fun. Though trying to create large Rp that noyone will find racist, sexist or anything. [hate the fact rp cant be free...FLY BIRDIE FLY!]
