Title: Quest downtimes reset

Hello

I think that, if it is at all possible, someone should reset the 'downtimes' of the quests so people can reget the ones they discarded or had problems with.  I know that people, including myself, have discarded quests becasue they overlapped others.  Another incident happening to people was crashing at key times during a quest so it then cannot be completed.  I am mainly talking about the BD area quests because it seems these are the ones that cannot be regotten.

This is a known problem and the devs are working on it. It will be fixed soon(tm)
