I am wondering why /cast is case sensitive. I realize that the spell might be Summon Missile but /cast summon missile should also work.
They seem to be working on the mobs, I was able to fight a consumer near the big mouth but only with magic as standing on top of it I was "Too far away to attack". After I killed it with Summon Missile I took this pic when it respawned.

When I originally approached it it was on the ground and no others were nearby. After it respawned I saw two others one of which fell out of the sky several times.

The bug with spell casting being case sensitive will be fixed in the next release.

Good to know, I'll edit the topic to remove that from the subject if I can.
Edit removed settled topic header from this and OP

That could explain the 'to far away' glitch a lot of people are having. Something is out of wack with the elavation of the NPCs it seems.

I was not able to loot it either.
Well so much for the topic change, it did not propagate, no wait maybe it did.

I think that is releated to the npc client bugs if you see an npc out of place just tell a gm or petition it with a pos of the npc and as soon as we can we will come over and see if we can fix the problem.
-
Maybe it is an interdimentional phase shift :o ;D
It may look like the NPC is on the ground but it is really above your head. ? maybe ?

I remember having this problem before too (with v.16). Killing a mob with arrows would make it unlootable or simply teleport it to oblivion. I must've lost a few good ulbers in the crater near Oja like that.
Dunno if this thread belongs in the compaints section tho...

It's a server-side issue actually that was fixed before the version bump to .19, so someone only has to rebuild the server.
