Title: I can't launch the game !

I've installed planeshift there is now a week and all was good working but now when I launch the game the screen became all black and after all white and the game not answer. I would like to know how to resolve that problem.
I've also thought that i must uninstall and install the game again but I don't know how to keep my saves and my character.
If you know what's the saves I must keep say me and i will reinstall the game, that's not a problem.

Everything about your character is stored on the server, so there is nothing for you to backup other than possible screenshots, logs, and your custom-made shortcuts if you have any and if you want them.

So, try reinstalling :)

Thank you very much, I haven't think that the character were saved on the server !
Excuse me for that "unusing" (I don't know if it's the exact word) forum. :oops:

Excuse me for the double post but I don't know where are my custom shortcuts.

Click on the "Modify" button next time :) You can edit your last post to add new information if no one has replied yet.

Your custom shortcuts are found by default in C:\Program Files\PlaneShift Crystal Blue\data\options\shortcutcommands.xml. Copy this file to a safe location, and then once you have the game reinstalled just copy it right back into that folder again.

I'll remenber to modify next time.
There are shortcutscommands.xml and shortcutcommands_def.xml in the option file.
What's the other ? Must I keep it or no ?

The other is the default set of shortcuts that gets installed along with the game. There is no need to save it - you will have the exact same thing next time you reinstall PlaneShift. If you changed some of your keyboard controls, like for example you set Autorun to another key, or /sit to another key, you may want to save controls.xml as well.
