When i log in the game stops at initializing world!?

What can i do? ?(

I try some things, and it seems that \\art\\world\\dungeon.zip is corrupted... It say me that a .tga couldn\'t be extracted. What could I do?

PS : Soory for my english, but I\'m French ;)
