Hi, where can i get help to get my character out of the place i'm stuck at..?

Try the command /unstick first. If that doesn't work, check if a Game Master is online by typing /who game - they may be able to move you to another location if you are truly stuck. If unfortunately neither choice is available, you may have to use /die to move your character to the DR. /unstick should do the trick however :]
