Title: wandering rogue

What is the deal with the rogue just outside of Hydlaa in the first map junction on the way to Oja? From what I have seen he gets confused and wanders off into the geography if someone triggers him and runs away. I am guessing this is a known bug in the bug fixing queue but am posting to make sure it is known. As it stands now he is rarely where he belongs.

Maybe the bug with npcs falling off the maps has not been fixed and that is what is causing this [same bug that made harnquist fall off the map when he walked his path]
