Please provide more information, such as your hardware specs and operating system :) Also, has the game installed without any errors? Does the "something unexpected" message appear right when you try to open the game, or at a certain screen?

Take the number it gives you and read that thread over.

Without any more information, there is little we can do to help you.

You should at least know your operating system.. :) A flavor of Windows, or MacOSX?

If you are on Windows, you can right-click on your My Computer icon, click Properties - your processor type and amount of RAM will be displayed under Computer: on the General tab. To see your video card, type dxdiag into the Run command, and look at the Display tab. The name and approx. total memory are the important bits.

This is likely the issue - your graphics are coming from an onboard chipset and not an actual separate graphics card. The minimum requirement for the game is 64MB, twice what you have. If you can, invest in a graphics card from ATI or Nvidia - cards with 128MB can be found quite cheaply these days (for example from Newegg.com (http://www.newegg.com/)). Until your system gets more power though, you are unlikely to load the game.
