Title: Move a character in another account

I would like to move a character from an account to another.
How can I do ?

I have two character in my account, I would like to play with the two at the same time and for that I need that the two character don't be in the same account because I can't play with two character of the same account in the same time.

Well you'll have to make a differnt character in a differnt account then, nothing  anyone can do to help that.
