Title: Can't start

After i logged into the server to the left stands initialising world, and then nothing happens anymore. A short while after i get the windows message \"not enough virtual memory...\"

My system specs:

WinXP Prof.
Athlon XP 1600+
256MB DDR RAM
GeForce 2 Ti
