Hey there, I'm really new. I've been all over the world in the game. But I still don't know how to make money, where or how to buy weapons. Or even who is or isn't a merchant...please help...I totally suck :(

Try chatting to people. The ones with green names above their heads are the best bet ;) Ask them about things and what there is to see and do. Eventually someone will be happy to help you, especially if you are polite while asking your questions.

and a big Do NOT forget to read the player guide ;) (almost) everything you need to know can be found there, Though sometimes you actually have to read it  :o

Definitely with Socius here ;) We have guides for a reason, and it doesn't help anyone when they are ignored. Take a look at the following:
