I do not know exactly which BD road it is, as I do not want to risk trying, I have heard that if you do go, the client will crash. So DO NOT go there. If you are alraedy there, or you are past it and you want to go back to hyldaa, simply use /die.
1. Why?
2. When will it be fixed?

Hello, to try and solve this problem, as I crash there as well, been testing, it is posable to get through there ok, from tunnel, head strait to lake, go to far side of lake, then pick up road again. Now on way back do same in reverse. Till a fix is found avoid new gold mine area.

I've crashed here four times (once with an alt, three times with my char.) ...
Rennaj, three times I crashed heading toward the mine (twice heading over the hill, the other time veering off from the road). The fourth time I steered clear of the mine and still crashed.
I also mined yesterday morn. and had no problems. I'm not sure how "random" the problem is.

I've been having the same problem, ( couldn't avoid the area, since I'm new and didn't know where it was ! )
anyone know what the proper topic is to request a GM or someone to "unstick" you, if you can't complete the
loading of the world before the crash happens?

When this crash happened I ran ps in gdb and a friend helped me debug it... found that something was being set to null but when we set the breakpoints to catch it it went through fine so I was acctually able to get myself out without any help...
