Title: Updater wont work and game IS NOT up to date!

I just installed PS (I've played before, though so I know what it's suppsoed to look like) and I get an error, telling me to run the updater. My character has NO texturemaps, infact NONE of the world does, and it's slow and jerky as hell (on a Celleron 2.93ghz with 1gb ram and a 1.5mbps DSL connection) I start the updater and get errors about the server nto having a version file (I have a screenshot if we're allowed to post images)

The really odd part is I also installed this on my laptop (P3 1ghz with 384mb ram) and it looks fine and runs much better (though still a little studdery/jerky)

Can somone tell me what's going on?

The updater does not work. Update your graphics card drivers to fix the other problem.
