My name is Bronson, and I was referred to this site by a friend. I am a 3d artist, and I'm looking for a video game to contribute to. I see that Plane Shift is already very far along, good. I've worked on three video games so far, all of which died out slowly, or are moving at such a slow pace that I cannot even wait for them to move forward. I'm not so great at organics, but I can make weapons, armors, etc. I am willing to work on a lot, quickly.
Forgive me if I have posted in the wrong spot, but I did not see any place else suited to make this post.
My MSN is darkslash665@hotmail.com if I need to be contacted.
References of my work can be found at my deviantart.

Ello there,
Have you taken a gander at this page?

No I haven't and thank you very much. :)

Nice work :) Definitely fill out our application, and I'll be contacting you with a prospect task ASAP.
One thing you might want to look over, if you haven't done so already, is the PS license (http://www.planeshift.it/license.html) - particularly as it refers to artists:
Any other work (such as 2D graphics, 3D models, music and sounds, character descriptions or fantasy world histories) will be the property of Atomic Blue once you submit it, but you will continue to have the right to display the work as part of a personal portfolio. You are not allowed to display or use the work in another game or application and you are not allowed to use derivative works owned by Atomic Blue.
This shouldn't be a problem, I think, but needs to be pointed out in case you'd have any objections before you begin work.

Negative, I am very generous with my artwork, and, in fact, allow other to use it without my permission, as long as it is non-profit.
I did see that already, and agree to it, and thank you for the compliment. :)

You must have a lot of experience in sci-fi area. PS is not really it, but the setting has a bit to do with science and actual machines, so you will for sure find fun stuff to do.

You must have seen that in my favorites, because that isn't my work. Theres a section for recent deviations, and for other people's work that I have favorite-ed. Yes, http://andr-sar.deviantart.com/ is extremely talented and has been the inspiration for many artist in my circle of friends on DA. However, my works are only under the section "Mad Cat Mk.II" and "Recent Deviations." At the bottom of "Recent Deviations" there is a text link that says 'browse gallery'. that is my work @ http://fangthetyphoon.deviantart.com

but welcome aboard if you decide to chase it out.

Thanks, and I sure hope so. :)

It's been over a day, and still no assignment. How fast did you mean when you said ASAP?
I want to do 3d work, quickly. No more slow moving projects for me.
-
Sorry, I've been really swamped with work lately :) You'd be surprised just how much waiting is involved in the PS project sometimes, although I am trying to change that. Sit tight, I will try to send you an email today.

Received it, but where is this characters.zip file you speak of D:.
-
You can find it in the art folder of your PlaneShift install :)
-
I've sent you a very important email.
-
I'm at my computer enough to make it seem 24/7 - but replies take time to write, so they're not always going to be instantaneous. Send me emails or poke me on IRC if you have questions from now on.

Gotcha.
