Do you know a website which presents different PhotoShop plugins, categorized by their kind of use (e.g. texture creation / noise filtering / resizing ...)?

That's all I could think of at a glance. Course you could go torent brousing for some free ones too.

Before browsing, first I need to know the names of plugins which are able to do what I need... ;)

I was impressed by enhancement plugins like AlienSkin BlowUp or Redfield Perfectum; but I don't own PhotoShop, and BlowUp only works with the original... so I may have to buy Perfectum if I don't find something similar.
