Title: 'Max'-Button when selecting amounts

When selecting amounts of goods, eg rat tails, for selling, it would be nice to have a button to max the amount instead of having to move the slider with the mouse or typing the amount in the text window

You can grab and pull the slider to the right. But I agree that this is sometimes unreliable.

It could be useful to introduce some shifting key + mouse combos, which could e.g. increase the amount by 10 when e.g. using Ctrl+LMB on the right button, and maximize when right-clicking, or similar.

There will be a button to sell a whole stack in .19 :)
