Normally, I always play PlaneShift with fullbright on for the simple reason that when it is nighttime in some places, it becomes totally black. When I started PlaneShift 019, I was hoping that some of those areas were fixed, however this was not the case.
During the time I played without fullbright, I noticed that if we have a 80-90% transparent window, it lightens up a little what you see through the window. For now, I am using the commands window, however I was wondering if it was possible to add a totally white window (no buttons except close and resize)? This would be only a temporary fix, but nonetheless a fix.
If it is not possible, well I guess I will just have to go back to fullbright mode or continue using the shortcut window as a lightener.

mess with your xmls and images in your skin.

hmmm, yeh, I would do this if I knew what to do. Also, I am not sure if it is possible to actually add a window, not just change one...

no, you can change only the existing.
