In game (http://s201.photobucket.com/albums/aa204/Mnaekmer/?action=view&current=Error3Pic.jpg)

That's what it looks like.

Could it be a problem with the game or do you think I lack the necessary system requirements?

It's a problem with the graphics card or chipset, on your end. If you meet the minimum requirements, you should be able to fix this simply by updating the drivers for your card.

(If you're not sure of the card model you have, type dxdiag into the Windows Run command and take a look at the Display tab. The card model and its manufacturer will be listed there.)

I already posted a possible solution - did you try updating the drivers from ati.com?

I need some help since I have problems too.. If I did things right my grahics card would be Intel(R) 82852/55 GM/GME controller. I tried searching for a driver but couldn't find anything.

Thanks in advance!

Uh, no I'm not using dell..  :sweatdrop: I'm using a toshiba pc, didn't write anything since I thought it might not matter.

Anyway I did a search for my graphics card (Intel(R) 82852/82855 GM/GME controller) and downloaded the newest version of the driver(it says the driver version is 6.14.10.4497), but I'm still having problems, so I wonder if I did anything wrong.. Help is much appreciated.

I really need some help.. stuff is all black and I tried all drivers I could find. I don't want to quit planeshift, but I can't go on playing now that it acts this way.

If you have an integrated graphics chipset from Intel and updating the drivers did not fix the issues you are experiencing, I'm afraid there's nothing more we can advise. You need an actual graphics card to play PlaneShift, so right now you fall below the minimum requirements to run the client.

didn't the fullbright option work on intel cards?

It should work with any graphics card or chipset. Thanks for bringing it up, it may be worth a try.

Sahraa: Right-click on your PS shortcut, and add -fullbright at the end of the target line like this -

It will eliminate shadows from the game (so it might look a lot "flatter") but perhaps this will fix your texture issues.
