The problems I'm having are similar to the "64bit linux client doesn't save GUI info" post with the exception of the fact that my client crashes. This happens to updater, pssetup and psclient.
64Bit KUBUNTU
Kernel 2.6.20-16.29
AMD 5000+ X2
GeForce 7950
I do the following
Load the updater
Click Updater Options
Click Save
<Updater crashes with no messages>
The following is the terminal output

Let me know what else you need from me. Please be specific as I am fairly new to Linux.
