Title: Saria's Rush Job Quest Broken?

     I got this quest from Saria and was told the things she required. After asking for some help it turned out she was supposed to qive me an order note aswell, which i am supposed to give to another npc, but i received no order form or note at all. Is this quest broken or am I missing something? I even used another character to check it out, and once again i received no order form.

The order form is part 2. 

For part 1, she originally asks you for 4 things, none of which involve another character.  Have you given her those?   If you have not provided all those 4 things, then you have not completed part 1, and she will not give you the order form.

I can confirm that this quest is somewhat broken, yet completable.  She accepts 3 of the 4 items but not the 4th.  And as I recall, order is not a factor since she states what order it is to be given.  But after a simple response, she gives you something else for another NPC and you can pick it up from there.  But that way it seems a few steps are missing.

I believe this problem is known.  So as usual, it should be fixed soon(TM).

Ok, My apologies for skipping a part but I can blame someone I asked for help in this quest who told me  that I was supposed to receive an order form first. Thank you for your advice
