Title: Bug Tracker flaw: Login eliminates following parameters
Post by: LigH on August 09, 2007, 07:33:45 pm
Is here a good place to report problems with the Bug Tracker?
__

When I get notified about changes in my reported bugs, and follow the link included in my notification email, I get a login page. When I login there, the form parameters I called the bug tracker with are ignored. I have to click the same link in the email right again after I logged in.

Would you be able to forward the original parameters of the page call in case of a successful login?

When you have logged in, you can click "back" and you get the page with the parameters you needed. This works for me at least.

Depends on the browser. Some send the request again on pressing "Back". Others (like Opera) cache the last pages, you have at least to reload them. Or close the page and click the URL in the notification once more.

Doesn't matter much anymore. BugTracker is outdated. FlySpray remembers me well with a cookie.
