Title: The game seems to place my mouse about 10-20 pixels below where it shows it...

Ok, I think it's about 10-20 pixels but I am not quite sure, around 1.5 line heights here I guess.

I don't think this is a universal problem since it only started after I loaded PS on this new comp, but I have been gone for a week so who knows.

Please tell me how I can fix or if I need to include any more info.

Try moving the window around and see if it moves the mouse closer to the ingame mouse This happens to me sometimes,  it gets fixed by moving the windows closer to my mouse.

This happened to me at one point too, but it cleared up after I uninstalled and reinstalled. Not sure why it happens, though.
