this is my first bug report and i am not sure where to get the logs that are needed for the devs to understand what happened, so please help me out
here is what happend:
from the entrance of bronze doors i could see what i thought would just be a grass ground texture. but when i walked over it i fell and spawned in hydlaa again.

update your graphics drivers.
if the card is a intel, go to intel.com, if a ati go to ati.com, if a nvidia geforce or similair go to nvidia.com

You might have walked out of the map and got therefore out-of-bounds position data. That's why you spawned back in Hydlaa. I suppose at least that this is the reason. I don't know how this could be fixed though. Maybe Elvicat's suggestion will help.
greetings,
morla

i have (of course) the current driver... i mean, that advice is standing in every single ps tech post or faq ;)
but anyway, why should a gfx card error result in a missing polygon? i thought the graphic card would just and calculate and draw the texture, but the problem is that something of the map is missing, or why else should there be no collider?
ahh yes, should have mentioned that i got an "out of bounds position data" error in the system chat-tab, but isnt there any real log of what happened?

No polygons are missing in the actual map - we'd never release it in such a state.
Could you post your system specs for us just in case?
-
That happened to me at one point. It was fixed after I updated the client. Is yours completely up to date?

Nukm, thank you for wanting to report bugs. The right place for it is the bug tracker (bugs.hydlaa.com (http://bugs.hydlaa.com)). Before you add a bug, please search the existing reports to see if it is already reported. Since we just moved to a new bug tracker, there may also be a report in the old one (www.hydlaa.com/bugtracker (http://www.hydlaa.com/bugtracker)). Especially the old one has not very good search capabilities, so you probably would not have found this (I searched for 'missing' in the advanced query, cause I new this bug existed), but this bug is already known:
http://www.hydlaa.com/bugtracker/bug.php?op=show&bugid=2141&pos=2 (http://www.hydlaa.com/bugtracker/bug.php?op=show&bugid=2141&pos=2)
It is graphics card/chip dependent, but it happens on different systems, all tested with latest drivers. If your configuration is not mentioned, you could maybe add it as a new comment.
